How We will be together

For children:

  1. We will be safe with our bodies and our words.

  2. We will listen to each other.

  3. We will learn about and value the ways we are the same and different.

  4. We will work for fairness and justice in our play, in our classroom and in our communities.

We will support one another

Teaching and Learning

We will address bias, stereotypes and discrimination when we see it.

For Adults

We will support the development and practice of ally skills in one another.

In healing from the ways we have been hurt by prejudice and discrimination.

Self-Reflection

We will recognize how the existence of bias and discrimination has impacted us.
